- Reverse side: Available in white, black or grey Polycotton fabric
- A set includes a duvet cover and pillowcase/pillowcases (cot, toddler,single, 3/4 only 1x pillowcase) larger sizes include 2x pillowcases.

Delivery fee calculated at checkout. We do free delivery in Gauteng for orders over R500
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.

Manufacturing Lead Time
This item is made from date of order and has an estimate manufacturing lead-time of 4 weeks.The estimated lead time from the date of order for both manufacturing and delivery is between 4-5 weeks. Lead-times are an estimation only and may vary over busy manufacturing periods and December holidays.
December Closure Dates
The closing date for last orders of custom print duvet cover sets for 2024 is 18 November 2024. To ensure delivery before Christmas, all final shipments will be dispatched on 19 December 2024.Please place your orders by the deadline to guarantee timely arrival for the festive season. How many pillowcases do I receive?
Toddler, Single, Three Quater - 1 Standard Pillow Case (additional can be ordered)

Do I receive an inner with the duvet?
These would need to be purchased separately.

Returns
We regret that we are unable to cancel “made to order” items if the manufacturing process has begun. We recommend reaching out to us, preferably via phone, immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel.
Products which are made to order are specifically made for you, we can therefore not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Should there be a manufacturing flaw item may be returned to be repaired. LCV Designs and Decor (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refer the goods to the manufacturer or authorised agent for technical assessment whereby the manufacturer shall determine whether goods have become defective due to a manufacturer defect or whether they have become defective due to misuse or abuse by the customer or whether due to failure to follow installation, operational, service or maintenance instructions.
