Please note eta’s or deliveries vary, depending on products ordered.
We use courier services or 3rd party delivery services to deliver to your door and although we do our utmost to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, there are unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control and we are not liable for these delays.
Where do we deliver to:
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.
Deliveries occur on weekdays within business hours (public holidays excluded).

Shipping/courier costs:
Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund, unless otherwise specified in writing. Any additional delivery costs due to failed deliveries caused by client or access problems will be for the customer’s account.
