Care Instructions:
- Avoid acidic liquids: Do not store acidic beverages (like citrus juices or vinegar) in copper vessels. Use only still water with no additives (e.g. lemon slices, mint, carbonated/sparkling water etc.) – directly from the tap or filtered water. Everything else can react negatively with pure copper.
- Store water for 4–12 hours (preferably overnight) to enjoy the full Ayurveda benefits.
- First use: Rinse your copper product thoroughly with warm water and mild soap before using it for the first time.
- No harsh abrasives: Avoid steel wool or abrasive scrubbers. Use a soft sponge or cloth instead. Do not scrub the outside, as the lacquer finish may rub off.
- Hand wash only: Always wash by hand with lukewarm water. Avoid dishwashers to preserve the finish.
- For descaling: Add 1 tbsp citric acid powder or descaler to hot water, let it rest a few minutes, shake well, and rinse thoroughly.
- Dry thoroughly: After washing, dry completely with a soft cloth to prevent water spots and tarnishing.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.
We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Returns
10 Day Return Policy
This product is covered by a 10-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available for the return process.
Short Received, Wrong Product, Damaged, or Faulty Products
Claims for issues such as short receipt, wrong product, damage, or faults must be made in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods, preferably with accompanying photos.
- For faulty items, including those received damaged or with manufacturing faults, we offer alternatives such as exchanges.
- Faulty products within the warranty period (If applicable) can be returned for repair and if unsuccessful, replacement.
- Upon receipt of the claim, we will inspect the item within an estimated 10 working days to approve or reject the refund or exchange request. Claims must be emailed to admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.
Collection of goods will be arranged if feasible.
Sale Items
Sale items are generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon and documented in writing.
Eligibility for Return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is essential to ensure that the returning product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. If the product is not adequately packaged and arrives damaged, we are unable to provide a refund. Therefore, it is your responsibility to package the item correctly so that it can travel safely back to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping/Courier Costs
Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any additional delivery costs due to failed deliveries caused by client or access problems will be for the customer’s account.
Approved Refunds
EFT refunds may take up to 3 working days to reflect in your account, while credit card refunds can take up to 14 working days. Refunds are processed on working days only, Monday-Friday. If a refund isn't received within 14 days after returning the item, contact us at admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.
