Jade Cutting Board Gourmet Gripper 44x33cm – Black
Prepare ingredients with confidence using the Jade Gourmet Gripper Cutting Board 44 × 33cm in Black. The largest board in the Gourmet Gripper series, it provides an expansive working surface for preparing meat, fish, fruit and vegetables. Made from compressed pinewood cellulose laminate, it combines a slim profile with non-slip feet and a generous juice groove for practical food preparation at home or in professional kitchens.
Construction & Design
The Jade Gourmet Gripper is made from compressed pinewood cellulose laminate, a composite material used in commercial kitchens for more than 75 years. Its black finish gives the board a clean, understated appearance, while the lightweight design makes it manageable despite its generous dimensions.
Non-slip feet help keep the board stable during use, and the juice groove along one side provides space to collect liquids released during food preparation.
Performance & Benefits
The large cutting surface provides room to prepare bigger ingredients or handle several preparation tasks. The juice groove helps contain liquids and keep the surrounding countertop cleaner, while the non-slip feet support stability during cutting.
The non-porous, odour-resistant surface is designed for hygienic food preparation and is gentle on knife edges. With heat resistance up to 176°C, the board can also be used as a trivet for hot cookware.
