The AMT Square Pan with Grill Surface is made from heavy-duty hand-cast aluminium and features AMT’s Lotan® non-stick coating with an antibacterial effect. The pan has a 28cm grill surface and is 5cm high.

Care Instructions
- Before first use, clean the pan with warm water and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly, then lightly wipe the interior with sunflower oil and remove any excess with a dry paper towel before storing.
- For cooking, use only a thin layer of grapeseed or sunflower oil. Do not use olive oil, as it can harm the coating.
- Heat the pan until a drop of water sizzles, then reduce the heat. The pan retains heat for a long time.
- After use, rinse the pan with warm water and a little detergent using a cloth. Scrubbing is not necessary. Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials.
- For heavily burnt-on food, cover the affected area with a paste made from baking soda and a little water. Leave overnight and rinse with water the following day.
- The pan is dishwasher safe. The aluminium bottom may turn black in the dishwasher, but this does not affect the cooking results. Use kitchen paper towels rather than a cloth to dry the bottom, as it may leave black stains on cloth.
