Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.
Manufacturing Lead Time & December Closure Dates
Manufacturing Lead Time
These items are made from date of order and have an estimate manufacturing lead-time of 4-8 weeks. Lead-times are an estimation only and may vary over busy manufacturing periods and December holidays.
December Closure Dates
Our order book for 2024 deliveries has unfortunately closed for this product. Please note that the manufacturing warehouse for this product will be closed from 13 December 2024 to 15 January 2025. Orders placed now will be scheduled for production in 2025. Any orders confirmed before the end of November will secure 2024 pricing.
Returns
We regret that we are unable to cancel “made to order” items if the manufacturing process has begun. We recommend reaching out to us, preferably via phone, immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel.
Products which are made to order are specifically made for you, we can therefore not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Should there be a manufacturing flaw item may be returned to be repaired. LCV Designs and Decor (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refer the goods to the manufacturer or authorised agent for technical assessment whereby the manufacturer shall determine whether goods have become defective due to a manufacturer defect or whether they have become defective due to misuse or abuse by the customer or whether due to failure to follow installation, operational, service or maintenance instructions.
