We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.
We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Manufacturing Lead Time
This item is made from date of order and has an estimate manufacturing lead-time of 4-6 weeks. Lead-times are an estimation only and may vary over busy manufacturing periods and December holidays.

We regret that we are unable to cancel “made to order” items if the manufacturing process has begun. We recommend reaching out to us, preferably via phone, immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel.

LCV Designs & Decor's warranty covers the free repair or replacement of any faulty component. Please note that our warranty does not extend to the fabric used to upholster the product, as this is subject to normal wear and tear associated with use. Additionally, the usage and treatment of goods in the customer's environment are beyond our control.
Fabric
Dye lots may vary from batch to batch, but should not significantly differ from fabric sample swatches. It is important to understand that pilling is not considered a fabric defect and is not covered under warranty. Pilling may occur in the first few months after purchase; this is completely normal and will reduce over time. All our fabric is 100% polyester (synthetic). This does not imply inferiority; in fact, we chose this fabric for its longer lifespan compared to natural fabrics. Pilling can occur when natural fibres come into contact with synthetic fibres.

While our products will remain consistent with the samples displayed in-store or on our website, reasonable updates may occur over time.Our products are designed and manufactured for domestic use.
