We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.

Manufacturing Lead Time

This item is made from date of order and has an estimate manufacturing lead-time of 2-3 weeks.The estimated lead time from the date of order for both manufacturing and delivery is between 3-4 weeks. Lead-times are an estimation only and may vary over busy manufacturing periods and December holidays.

Please note that our last order date for this product for the year is 27 November 2024. We encourage you to place your orders as early as possible to ensure fulfilment before our holiday closure. Any orders placed for this product after 27 November 2024 will be processed after 15 January 2025.

What are The T-Shirt duvet covers and sheets made from?

We guarantee that ONLY the finest and most luxurious 100% Cotton* is used in the manufacture of these products. Cool in summer and cozy in winter, our Jersey Sheets are renowned for being knitted and not woven like regular sheeting. This means that our bedding is super breathable, extra comfortable and moves with your body while you sleep for the ultimate sleep experience.

This range is ideal for little people too!

*Please note that soft grey colour does contain a drop of microfibre for extra comfort.

How do I wash my T-Shirt Bed Sheets?

We recommend a cool wash on a gentle or cotton cycle. Remember that like your favourite T-shirt, a little shrinkage is expected on the first wash. This has been accounted for in the manufacturing process so we find that these sheets fit best after their first wash.

May I tumble Dry my Sheets?

Although we always recommend a natural sun drying process, this linen may be tumble dried on the lowest heat setting. Never tumble dry your sheets on high heat as they may be prone to shrinkage.

Do my Sheets need ironing?

No! One of the greatest features of our T-Shirt linen is that it never needs ironing…Just wash and go! Even if your sheets look wrinkled after washing or folding, just pop them onto your bed and watch the wrinkles disappear. Super Easy and Eco-friendly!

But what about thread count?

As Jersey Knit Cotton is knitted and not woven, it can not be measured by thread count. However...soft, smooth and luxurious, we equate this bedding to a real-feel of 800-thread count!

What does it feel like to sleep on T-Shirt bedding?

We like to think of this bed linen as the ultimate in sleep luxury! This linen has the remarkable ability to be cool and breathable in summer yet cozy in winter. Compared to regular woven cotton, these covers are soft and smooth and many clients report never being able to go back to regular cotton bedding again! This soft cotton is also recommended for the elderly, little ones and allergy sufferers due to its extreme comfort rating.

How many pillow cases are included in a Duvet Cover Set?

Our Duvet Cover Set includes a duvet cover and one or 2 pillow cases depending on the size duvet that is ordered. Cot, Single and Three Quarter duvet sets include a single standard pillow case, Double, Queen, Super Queen, King and Super King include 2 standard pillow cases.

7 Day Return Policy

This product is covered by a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available for the return process.

Short Received, Wrong Product, Damaged, or Faulty Products

Claims for issues such as short receipt, wrong product, damage, or faults must be made in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods, preferably with accompanying photos.

• For faulty items, including those received damaged or with manufacturing faults, we offer alternatives such as exchanges.
• Faulty products within the warranty period (If applicable) can be returned for repair and if unsuccessful, replacement.
• Upon receipt of the claim, we will inspect the item within an estimated 10 working days to approve or reject the refund or exchange request. Claims must be emailed to admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.

Collection of goods will be arranged if feasible.

Sale Items

Sale items are generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon and documented in writing.

Eligibility for Return

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is essential to ensure that the returning product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. If the product is not adequately packaged and arrives damaged, we are unable to provide a refund. Therefore, it is your responsibility to package the item correctly so that it can travel safely back to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping/Courier Costs

Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any additional delivery costs due to failed deliveries caused by client or access problems will be for the customer’s account.

Approved Refunds

EFT refunds may take up to 3 working days to reflect in your account, while credit card refunds can take up to 14 working days. Refunds are processed on working days only, Monday-Friday. If a refund isn't received within 14 days after returning the item, contact us at admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.
