There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched. We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. This item is made from date of order and has an estimate manufacturing lead-time of 2-3 weeks.The estimated lead time from the date of order for both manufacturing and delivery is between 3-4 weeks. Lead-times are an estimation only and may vary over busy manufacturing periods and December holidays. We regret that we are unable to cancel “made to order” items if the manufacturing process has begun.
