You may select from our existing print options or create your own by choosing any image from Shutterstock. To create your own set, simply select your desired image and email us the image reference number along with your preferred size at: admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za. Lead time for prints is approximately 4 weeks.

We don't have any preprinted sets available, they are printed once an order is confirmed.

When could I expect delivery on custom duvet sets?
Approx Manufacturing lead times on prints - 4 weeks, delivery estimate once manufactured is 5 working days.
What type of fabric is used for the custom duvet sets?
Top Print : 100% Polyester - PolyTex
Bottom: 100% Cotton / 50/50Poly Cotton Sheeting
What would be on the reverse side?
Reverse side can be White, Black or Grey.
What is used to close the duvet?
Closed with Snap studs.
How many pillowcases do I receive?

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery fee calculated at checkout. We do free delivery in Gauteng for orders over R500.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.

We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

What is the manufacturing lead time?

This item is made from date of order and has an estimate manufacturing lead-time of 4 weeks.The estimated lead time from the date of order for both manufacturing and delivery is between 4-5 weeks. Lead-times are an estimation only and may vary over busy manufacturing periods and December holidays.

What is the returns policy?

We regret that we are unable to cancel “made to order” items if the manufacturing process has begun. We recommend reaching out to us, preferably via phone, immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel.

Products which are made to order are specifically made for you, we can therefore not accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Should there be a manufacturing flaw item may be returned to be repaired. LCV Designs and Decor (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refer the goods to the manufacturer or authorised agent for technical assessment whereby the manufacturer shall determine whether goods have become defective due to a manufacturer defect or whether they have become defective due to misuse or abuse by the customer or whether due to failure to follow installation, operational, service or maintenance instructions.
