Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.
We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Returns
Return Policy
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your order number or proof of purchase available.
Claims for Short Receipt, Wrong Product, Damaged, Faulty Items, Breakages, and Related Issues
All claims must be made in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods, preferably with photos as evidence. This includes claims for short receipt, wrong products, damaged goods, faulty products, breakages, incorrectly ordered items, incorrectly supplied goods, and short deliveries.
For breakages, provide the original invoice/order number and a written report describing the damage. Replacement parts or items will be provided if available.
Incorrect orders may be returned for credit within 24 hours of receipt, subject to a 15% handling fee. The customer is responsible for all freight costs.
Incorrectly supplied goods must be reported within 24 hours and returned in resalable condition for full credit.
Short deliveries must be reported within 24 hours to be replaced or credited.
Upon receiving your claim, we will inspect the item within an estimated 10 working days to approve or reject your refund or exchange request. Claims should be emailed to admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.
Collection will be arranged if feasible.
Sale Items
Sale items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon and documented in writing.
Return Eligibility and Packaging
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please package the item securely to avoid damage during transit, as we cannot refund items damaged due to poor packaging.
Shipping and Courier Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from any refund. Additional charges from failed deliveries due to client or access issues are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing
EFT refunds may take up to 3 working days and credit card refunds up to 14 working days. Refunds are processed Monday to Friday only. If you have not received a refund within 14 days, please contact admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.
Consumer Protection Act
Where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act overrides any conflicting terms in this policy.
