AMT Large Capacity Pan 50cm
The AMT Large Capacity Pan 50cm is made from heavy-duty hand-cast aluminium with a Lotan® non-stick coating. With a 50cm diameter and 8cm height, it provides a large cooking surface for preparing larger quantities.
Construction & Design
The pan features heavy-duty hand-cast aluminium construction and a Lotan® ceramic non-stick coating. The coating is 100% PFOA free and has an antibacterial effect. An ergonomic handle provides comfortable handling.

The pan is designed to distribute and retain heat and is heat resistant up to 240°C. A thin layer of grapeseed or sunflower oil is recommended for cooking.

Care Instructions:
- Before first use, clean with warm water and mild detergent.
- Do not use metal utensils, scouring pads, or harsh detergents.
- Do not slide the pan on stovetops or use olive oil (its acidity harms the coating).
- For cooking, use only a thin layer of grapeseed or sunflower oil.
- Heat the pan until water droplets sizzle, then reduce heat (the pan retains heat for a long time).
- After use, clean with warm water, mild detergent, and a soft cloth.
- For stubborn stains, apply a baking soda-water paste (toothpaste consistency), leave overnight, and rinse.
- The pan is dishwasher safe, however, the bottom will turn black in the dishwasher as it is aluminium. This does not influence the cooking results but please use kitchen paper towels (not cloth) to dry the bottom as the cloths will have black stains.
- After drying the cookware thoroughly, wipe the interior lightly with sunflower oil, and remove any excess with a dry paper towel before storing the cookware in your cabinet.
