Fragranced Clifton Beach Candle 250ml

Celebrate the natural beauty of the Cape Coastline with this classic single wick scented candle packaged in a beautiful teal and gold box. The sweet and captivating notes of coconut & vanilla are expertly layered with tolu balsam and lime which offer the fragrance a fresh and alluring hook. The coconut note has energizing and uplifting effects on both the mind and the body, easing anxiety and tension.

These candles are hand poured in South Africa, using a soy wax blend and fine perfume oils imported from the Grasse region of France. The elegant Cape Island glass cup can be rinsed and recycled once the candle is done.

Care instructions:

The wick should be trimmed to a length of 5mm before each burn. Do this is when the candle wax is cool. Allow surface of the candle to liquefy, this should take 3-4 hours. Wax has a “memory” and if you extinguish too soon this may result in tunnelling. Never exceed a 4-hour burning time and do not blow out your candle, allow it to rest and relight in 2 hours.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery fee calculated at checkout. We do free delivery in Gauteng for orders over R500.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.

We aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible. If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

What is the estimated delivery lead time?

Delivery estimate 5-7 working days.

What is the returns policy?

Short Received, Wrong Product, Damaged, or Faulty Products

Claims for issues such as short receipt, wrong product, damage, or faults must be made in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods, preferably with accompanying photos.

For faulty items, including those received damaged or with manufacturing faults, we offer alternatives such as exchanges.
Faulty products within the warranty period (If applicable) can be returned for repair and if unsuccessful, replacement.
Upon receipt of the claim, we will inspect the item within an estimated 10 working days to approve or reject the refund or exchange request. Claims must be emailed to admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.

Collection of goods will be arranged if feasible.

Sale items are generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon and documented in writing.

Unwanted Goods

At LCV Designs and Decor (Pty) Ltd, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a product you've purchased. While we strive to make your shopping experience as satisfying as possible, we follow the guidelines set by the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) regarding returns and refunds for unwanted goods.

While there isn't an automatic entitlement to return and receive a refund for products that are in good condition but no longer desired, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and will assess return requests on an individual basis and according to our terms from our manufacturers / suppliers.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is essential to ensure that the returning product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. If the product is not adequately packaged and arrives damaged, we are unable to provide a refund. Therefore, it is your responsibility to package the item correctly so that it can travel safely back to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping/Courier Costs

Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any additional delivery costs due to failed deliveries caused by client or access problems will be for the customer’s account.

Approved Refunds

EFT refunds may take up to 3 working days to reflect in your account, while credit card refunds can take up to 14 working days. Refunds are processed on working days only, Monday-Friday. If a refund isn't received within 14 days after returning the item, contact us at admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.
