LIND DNA was established in 2013 by the Danish designer Preben Lind with the vision of creating sustainable products made from recycled leather. LIND DNA is characterised by their functional and sustainable products for the table and home. The Danish brand believes that simplicity is more and therefore all of their products are designed with minimalism in a few exclusive materials.

Key Features:
- Use a damp cloth to wipe them clean or LIND DNA’s cleaning spray, Clean & Care.
- Should not be exposed to direct sunlight for a long time as this may affect the structure of the leather.
- Should not be placed in the dishwasher, should not be folded or soaked in water or soap.
- Be careful not to place your table mat on oil-treated surfaces, these place mats should always be placed on dry and plain surfaces.
- Avoid staining from certain liquids and foods as they may leave permanent stains.
- Avoid placing hot items on these mats.

Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns within the South-African borders. There may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, or incur additional delivery fees but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched.

Please note that our last order date for this product for the year is 16 December 2024. We encourage you to place your orders as early as possible to ensure fulfilment before our holiday closure. Any orders placed for this product after 16 December 2024 will be processed after 6 January 2025.
Returns
10 Day Return Policy
This product is covered by a 10-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 10 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags attached (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available for the return process.
Short Received, Wrong Product, Damaged, or Faulty Products
Claims for issues such as short receipt, wrong product, damage, or faults must be made in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods, preferably with accompanying photos.
- For faulty items, including those received damaged or with manufacturing faults, we offer alternatives such as exchanges.
- Faulty products within the warranty period (If applicable) can be returned for repair and if unsuccessful, replacement.
- Upon receipt of the claim, we will inspect the item within an estimated 10 working days to approve or reject the refund or exchange request. Claims must be emailed to admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.
Collection of goods will be arranged if feasible.
Sale Items
Sale items are generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon and documented in writing.
Eligibility for Return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is essential to ensure that the returning product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. If the product is not adequately packaged and arrives damaged, we are unable to provide a refund. Therefore, it is your responsibility to package the item correctly so that it can travel safely back to us.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping/Courier Costs
Shipping/courier costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any additional delivery costs due to failed deliveries caused by client or access problems will be for the customer’s account.
Approved Refunds
EFT refunds may take up to 3 working days to reflect in your account, while credit card refunds can take up to 14 working days. Refunds are processed on working days only, Monday-Friday. If a refund isn't received within 14 days after returning the item, contact us at admin@lcvdesignsndecor.co.za.
